Requirements

• Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with the company's shareholder from China.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to learn about gravure cylinder manufacturing processes and applications.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite at Sunlight Industries Sdn. Bhd., Senai, Johor.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing and packaging industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable gravure cylinder solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
