Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell company products to customers in a professional, friendly, and responsible manner.
• Approach customers confidently and create interest in company products.
• Explain product usage, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct demonstrations, and customer engagement activities when required.
• Monitor stock availability and report low stock, damaged products, or display issues.
• Build good working relationships with retail staff, store representatives, customers and event teams.
• Support roadshows, product launches, sampling campaigns, and retail activations,
• Provide sales updates, customer feedback, competitor observations, and market information to management.
• Follow company procedures, product training, outlet rules, grooming standards, and reporting requirements.
• Represent the company brand positively and responsibly at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, product promotion, pharmacy retail, supermarket promotion, roadshows, events, beauty, health, wellness, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with a strong sales mindset, positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about sales and motivated to achieve targets.
• Confident in approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Able to explain product information clearly and professionally.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
