Responsibilities

• Lead candidate generation efforts utilizing diverse channels such as social media management, job boards, and professional networks to attract qualified applicants.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms, to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate the interview process efficiently.
• Foster strong relationship management with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools for effective communication and follow-up with potential candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in human resources and social media management for talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation for recruitment purposes using social media platforms and professional networks.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
• Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
