Job Description 职责:

• Ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures (SOP's) 确保遵守标准操作程序(SOP’s)
• To oversee and manage the warehouse operations and to ensure warehouse operations is running smoothly and efficiently 监督和管理仓库运作，确保仓库运作正常平稳&高效运行。
• Planning and controlling of over all activities in the warehouse. 计划和控制仓库的所有活动。
• To ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse. 确保仓库符合安全和卫生要求。
• To provide support on matters related to supervision of staff including recruitment, performance management, induction, on boarding, training and general day to day issues. 就督导员工的事宜，包括招聘事宜，提供支援，绩效管理，入职，培训和日常事务。
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. 管理库存，并与数据存储系统协调。
• To motivating and disciplining staff. 激励和约束员工。
• To keep a check on staff attendance, absentees and over time as well. 检查员工的出勤、缺勤和加班情况。
• Resolve and arising problems or complaints pertaining to foreign worker 解决与外籍工人有关的问题或投诉。
• The maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse (5S). 仓库保洁的维护(5S)。
• Monthly update warehouse balance stock status like OOS, Discontinue items, slow moving items & others with purchaser. 每月更新仓库库存平衡状态，如OOS，停产品，慢货物品和其他与采购。
• To maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse. The reports include inventory of stocks, dead stock, consumption and manpower. 维护与仓库相关的报告。报告包括库存，消耗，人力。
• To perform warehouse briefing by weekly before start of operations. 在运营开始前每周进行仓库简报。
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager / management 协助经理/管理层安排的其他工作。

Requirements 要求：

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma/ Degree/ equivalent or relevant working experience. 最低学历:文凭/学位/同等或相关工作经验。
• At least 3 years of relevant warehousing working experience. 至少3年相关仓储工作经验。
• Strong team player with high degree of commitment, well organizes and able to handle multiple tasks. 具有较强的团队合作精神和高度的敬业精神，良好的组织能力和处理多个任务的能力。
• Forklift driving. 叉车驾驶。
• Knowledge and understand warehouse management and computer literate 具备仓库管理知识和计算机知识
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and CN. 优秀的英语、马来西亚文和中文沟通能力。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
