The Accounts Assistant supports the accounts Executive in handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform data entry into accounting systems (e.g., SQL Accounting)
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Help in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules
• Follow up on outstanding payments and update records
• Assist in audit preparation and provide required documents
• Support Accounts Executive in daily accounting tasks and ad-hoc duties

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Klang
