• Provide first-level technical support to hotel employees for computer hardware, software, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Support the setup and maintenance of hotel networks, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Help maintain user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on IT equipment and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Assist in monitoring server rooms, backup systems, and antivirus updates.
• Property Management System (PMS)
• Point of Sale (POS)
• Key Card Lock System
• CCTV System
• Telephone/PBX System
• Assist with software installation, upgrades, and system updates.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
• Document technical issues, service requests, and completed maintenance activities.

Pay: Up to RM500.00 per month
