ParkCity Group Of Companies Hiring! Full Time Technician - Building Maintenance Assistant (Based in Kuching) in Sarawak, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

What You'll Do:

• Perform general building upkeep and conduct regular routines preventive maintenance checking for commercial projects.
• Install, maintain, measure, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, plumbing, pool and other amenities.
• Ensure all technical and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
• Follow through on all issues raised until all parties involved are satisfied.
• Carry out daily check and maintenance for all building amenities, including water feature, escalators, lift, CCTV, pumps, grease trap, etc.
• Maintain and repair all the common area properties and facilities.
• Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule.
• Respond and report appropriately to emergencies as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as Technician or Maintenance Assistant.
• Experience in property management and familiar in strata property is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts and 6 days per week.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
