Lotus Circular Berhad Hiring! Full Time Accounts Executive in Perak, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage daily cheque issuance, collections, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare, review, and submit timely management reports in accordance with reporting deadlines.
• Monitor and update monthly ageing reports, ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Utilize accounting systems effectively to support financial operations and reporting.
• Assist in administrative matters and support cross-functional departments when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a plantation industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
