Position: Account Executive

Company: Aire Capital Sdn Bhd

Location: M-04-3A, Conezion Commercial, Persiaran IRC 3, IOI Resort City, 62502 Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities as and when instructed.
• Manage financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial and banking data.
• Providing support to the Finance and Account Department and communicating effectively with the other departments.
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets, managing cashflow and other related financial activities.
• Assisting with the audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
• Handling refund issues and verifying the payment from the customers.
• Responsible for banking and office administrative tasks.
• Completing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, Xero, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
