Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Advisor role based in Ipoh. The Sales Advisor will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance and takaful solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and completing sales documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, assisting clients with policy inquiries, and supporting claims-related processes. Sales Advisors will collaborate with team members, participate in regular training and coaching sessions, and contribute to achieving individual and agency sales targets.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in insurance, takaful, banking, or financial services; familiarity with basic financial planning concepts; and comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
• A minimum of a diploma or equivalent education is preferred, with valid licensing or willingness to obtain required industry certifications.
• The ability to work on-site in Ipoh, manage time effectively, and operate with high ethical standards and professionalism is essential.
