Job Description

We're looking for a part-time assistant to the founder, someone with a marketing background who can take a strategy and actually execute it.

You'll sit in on how strategy gets built for real clients, then own the execution of it. If you want to understand how consumer brands actually get marketed — and not just do the tasks — this is close to the work.

The thinking is done. The strategy, the direction, the concepts come from us. What we need is someone who takes that and makes it happen across our clients and the agency itself, without needing to be chased.

This is a right-hand-person role. You'll touch a bit of everything.

Executing client marketing

• Build and schedule campaign emails from provided direction
• Design email and ad collaterals in Canva to brand guidelines
• Keep automated email flows tested, updated and working
• Package and send assets, copy and collaterals to partners
• Pull weekly performance reports and flag what looks off

Keeping things running

• Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and project boards across clients
• Keep files, assets and folders organised and version-controlled
• Prepare briefs and documents from rough notes
• Research: partners, competitors, suppliers, whatever's needed that week

Agency-side support

• Support CTRL Digital's own marketing — newsletter, social, website updates
• Help prepare proposals, decks and client-facing documents
• General admin: scheduling, follow-ups, inbox and calendar support

What we need from you

• Marketing experience
• Hands-on with an email platform. Klaviyo preferred.
• Comfortable in Canva; you can lay out an email or resize an ad without supervision
• Genuinely organised. You track things without being asked twice
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable working across several brands at once and switching context
• Available during Singapore business hours for part of each day (10am–5pm SGT overlap)

Nice to have

• Shopify or Meta Ads Manager familiarity
• Basic copywriting: adapting and editing, not writing from scratch
• Experience in food and beverage or consumer brands

What makes this a fit

You like being the person things run through. You'd rather ship clean work than debate strategy. You're comfortable with variety: some weeks are email builds, some are decks and trackers. This is part-time now. As we add clients, there's room for it to grow.
