Mclean Plastic Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and organized Production Clerk to support daily production operations. The successful candidate will assist in preparing production documents, updating records, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring accurate production data is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily production reports.
• Issue production job orders and related documents.
• Record and maintain production data accurately.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Planning departments.
• Monitor production documentation and filing.
• Update inventory and production records in the system.
• Prepare reports as requested by management.
• Perform general administrative duties related to production.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
