About the role
The Finance Executive plays a key role in managing financial reporting and providing meaningful insights to support business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's business operations and key business drivers.
- Familiarise yourself with the company's financial reporting processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports for management review and decision-making.
- Independently manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Perform financial analysis and provide meaningful insights to support business performance and strategic decisions.
- Ensure reports are prepared accurately and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Understand stakeholders' reporting requirements and provide timely, accurate, and value-added financial information.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and stay updated with changes in accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, projects, and other assignments as required by management.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably candidates with external audit experience or an audit background, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or audit (fresh graduates with strong academic results and internship experience may also be considered, if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
