Are you passionate about great food, strong leadership and running a high-performing kitchen?

Four & Son BBQ is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations and help us deliver consistently outstanding Western cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise the daily kitchen operations.

* Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently to Four & Son BBQ standards.

* Train, coach and develop kitchen team members.

* Manage food quality, presentation and portion control.

* Plan kitchen schedules and manpower allocation.

* Monitor food cost, wastage and inventory.

* Ensure proper stock ordering, receiving and storage.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.

* Ensure compliance with HALAL and food safety requirements.

* Work closely with management to improve menu offerings and kitchen efficiency.

* Maintain a positive, disciplined and performance-driven kitchen culture.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory kitchen role.

* Experience in Western cuisine, grilling and Texas BBQ is highly preferred.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Good understanding of food costing and inventory control.

* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

* Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Working Schedule

Working Days

* 6 days per week

* Tuesday – Sunday (Monday: Off Day)

Working Hours

* Restaurant Operating Hours:

3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
