Klinik Suppayah 24 Jam Tanjung Rambutan is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic. As the Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and clinical tasks that are essential to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage walk-in and appointment scheduling
• Assist doctors during treatments and basic procedures
• Prepare and clean consultation rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Handle patient inquiries, counter duties, payments, billing and panel submission
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards
• Manage basic inventory, medical supplies, and stock monitoring
• Support daily clinic operations and general administrative tasks
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (healthcare-related background is an advantage)
• Prior experience as a Clinic Assistant or healthcare setting is preferred
• Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays and overtime
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and follow clinic SOPs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
