Job description

The Purchasing Executive responsible for supporting the procurement function by managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships, purchasing processes, and cost optimization. This role ensures timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards, inventory availability, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier database, and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
