Responsibilities:

• Handling all incoming enquiries by phone or by email regarding room booking and converting calls into room sales.
• Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
• Assist with administrative duties related to reservation management such as data entry, filing, and maintaining reservation records.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Masai.
