Job descriptions:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all cash movements.
• Reconcile financial accounts and direct debit transactions.
• Evaluate financial budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Liaise with third parties on accounting-related matters, including the company secretary, auditors, banks and LHDN.
• Record all company financial transactions in the accounting software.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting and summarizing financial information, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other related reports.
• Provide financial information and analysis to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
• Prepare and issue annual income remuneration statements to all employees.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Report to the higher management and company's leadership team.
• Manage and oversee the Account Department, including making decisions that support the department's operations.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one (1) year of working experience in a related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
