Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, and the ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, and reporting).
• Based in Kota Kinabalu and available for outstation assignments

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of all promotion/activities execution in the accounts assigned so that sales volume target is achieved.
• Plan and implement in-store initiatives to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
• To maintain high standards of merchandising, product display, and execution across all assigned outlets.
• Drive business growth by securing new outlets, expanding product distribution, ensuring cooler placement and compliance, and achieving assigned operational KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
