Apex Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure the smooth execution of daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Handle confidential correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Track action items and follow up on key business priorities.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and company events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
