We are a fast-growing, AI-oriented, young & dynamic motorcycle sub-dealership and we are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will help the head of operations stay organised, follow up with customers, prepare reports, handle documents, and assist in daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily / weekly reports (sales, follow-ups, simple summaries)
• Assist with payments, letters, documents, and admin work
• Call customers for follow-up, reminders, and basic confirmations
• Coordinate with sales team and internal departments
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and operational support as needed
• Keep records organised and updated

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & basic English; Mandarin is a plus)
• Organised, responsible, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable with phone calls and basic admin work
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, WhatsApp)
• Experience in admin / operations / customer support is an advantage
• Must be proactive and willing to learn
