Job Requirement:
1. Experience in daily Front Office operation.

2. Minimum SPM qualification.

3. Able to work under pressure and shift work.

Standard Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing details.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing guest communications through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Support VIP or special guest arrangements.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
