We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the company’s full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCount and capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and year-end closing
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into AutoCount Accounting System
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collection processes
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Assist with audit, tax submission, and compliance matters
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting when needed

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Must be able to handle full set accounting independently
• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in SME environment
• Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations (e.g., SST)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Working Details

• Salary Range: RM2000+
• Location: Jalan Air Putih, Kuantan
• Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (week days) / Saturday (9AM-1.00PM)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
