Job Description
Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Update product pricing and customer information.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Provide product availability and delivery updates.
Order & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
- Arrange deliveries with drivers or transport companies.
- Monitor order status until goods are delivered.
- Prepare shipping documents when required.
Inventory Support
- Monitor stock levels.
- Assist with stock ordering and replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders and delivery schedules
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
