About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid technical background, and is a native Persian (Farsi) speaker with fluency in English, as this role requires close coordination with Persian-speaking stakeholders, teams, or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives, from planning through delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business language.
• Manage project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and post-project reviews.
• Run regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings (Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies).
• Liaise directly with Persian-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships where applicable.

Requirements

Language:

• Native or near-native fluency in Persian (Farsi) — spoken and written.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in [industry, e.g., software development, IT, engineering].
• Proven experience managing technical/software projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts (APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, *************).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certification.
• Prior experience working with distributed/remote teams across different time zones.
