About the Role

Vertex Product Solutions Pte. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Product Operations Executive to support product operations, improve workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily product operations and processes.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and operations teams.
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports.
• Maintain product data and documentation.
• Identify process improvements.
• Assist with product launches and updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of operations or product support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
