• To detect faults on the engineering equipment and to ensure all Routine Inspections/Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance are carried out by technical personnel. Notify supervisor immediately any damages/defects observed during the routine inspection that requires immediate remedial if it would compromise the service level.
• Provide 24 hours call attendance for emergency breakdown and to respond to the emergency breakdown.
• Oversee activities of contractor vendor personnel and suppliers; Monitor contracts for compliance and controls costs; monitor general expenditures, perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standard.
• Operation and maintain all equipment within the premises to ensure all equipment within the building are in working condition.
• Monitor any maintenance/service work carried out by contractors on Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
