Seeking an Established Website Maintenance & Server Support Company

Corporate Technical Partner for MedIndemnity and *************

MedIndemnity and ************* are seeking an established web development, website maintenance or IT support company to provide ongoing technical support for both websites.

This is not a full-time employment position. We are looking for a reliable long-term corporate service provider under a monthly maintenance, retainer or project-based arrangement.

Only registered companies or established agencies with a dedicated technical team will be considered. Individual freelancers and one-person operations will not be considered.

Both websites support important online customer services and daily business operations. Website reliability, proper maintenance and prompt technical support are therefore essential.

Main Scope of Work

The appointed company will be responsible for:

* WordPress website maintenance and troubleshooting

* Website hosting and server management

* Website uptime and performance monitoring

* WordPress core, plugin and theme updates

* Regular website and server backups

* Website restoration and disaster recovery

* SSL certificate and domain-related support

* Cloudflare, firewall and caching configuration

* Server and database troubleshooting

* Investigation of suspicious website activities

* Removal of malicious files, scripts or redirects

* Recovery and restoration if either website is hacked or compromised

* Resolution of fake CAPTCHA or unauthorised verification pages

* Preventive action to reduce repeated website attacks

* Emergency support during website downtime or serious technical incidents

* Coordination with other appointed developers when necessary

Online form development, form workflows and calculation customisation are handled separately and are not the main scope of this appointment.

Required Experience

The company should have proven experience in:

* WordPress website maintenance and support

* Website hosting and server management

* Handling hacked or compromised websites

* Malware and malicious-script removal

* Suspicious redirect and fake verification-page removal

* Website backup, restoration and recovery

* Database troubleshooting and optimisation

* Cloudflare and firewall management

* Website speed and performance improvement

* Emergency website recovery

* Coordination with third-party developers

Service Expectations

The appointed company must:

* Have a dedicated technical support team

* Provide a clear account manager or technical contact

* Respond promptly to urgent website issues

* Provide agreed response times or a Service Level Agreement

* Maintain regular backups and recovery procedures

* Provide proper technical reports and documentation

* Coordinate professionally with other technical service providers

* Issue formal quotations, invoices and service agreements

* Be available for a long-term business relationship
