Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards.
• Ensure construction quality complies with project specifications, engineering standards, and applicable regulations.
• Review contractor's work progress and verify that works are completed according to the approved programme.
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultants, Contractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters and project implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify non-conformance, defects, or construction issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Review and certify site reports, inspection records, material submissions, method statements, and other technical documentation.
• Chair or attend site progress meetings and prepare technical recommendations where required.
• Monitor compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and promote a safe working environment on site.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.
• Ensure timely reporting of project progress, risks, delays, and technical issues to Management.
• Maintain proper project documentation, records, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with utility providers, government agencies, and statutory authorities when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
