Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable insurance and wealth planning solutions.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate protection, savings, investment, and retirement strategies.
• Grow your client portfolio through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Provide regular reviews and ongoing support to ensure clients' financial plans remain aligned with their goals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Client-focused with a professional and ethical approach.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
