Role Description

A MNC manufacturer is seeking a proactive and hands-on Assistant HR Manager in driving the company's human resource initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about building a positive workplace culture, strengthening employee relations, and supporting business growth through effective HR practices. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions while taking the lead in employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager position.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations (ER), including disciplinary management and grievance handling.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, manpower planning, and organisational development initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive proactive employee engagement and HR initiatives that improve workplace culture.
• Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other labour regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and employees.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
