Job Purpose

To monitor, support, and optimize production processes to ensure efficient operation, product quality, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up and adjust production equipment according to process requirements.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and support corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with work instructions and SOPs.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Record production data, process performance, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
