Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in construction QA/QC (typically 2–5 years, depending on the role).
• Knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.
• Good understanding of concrete works, structural works, architectural works, and finishing works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.
• Inspect construction work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Conduct material inspections and verify material approvals.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including: Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Request for Information (RFI) & Inspection checklists.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards (if required).
• Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Pay: RM1,829.93 - RM7,880.22 per month
