Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor training programmes
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and training schedules.
• Coordinate with trainers, participants, venues, and vendors.
• Ensure all training documentation complies with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor programme budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare management reports and KPI performance reports.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media and corporate branding.
• Lead and supervise the operations team when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, Human Resource Development, or any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a training provider, corporate training, education, or a related industry.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of training coordination and client management.
• Possession of a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certificate and/or Accredited Trainer certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
