Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service by serving beverages and light snacks, handling customer orders and payments, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve beverage and light snack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, service stations, and customer areas.
• Replenish beverages, light snacks, and operating supplies as needed.
• Comply with company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and support daily lounge operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lounges, cafés, bars, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night hours.
• Positive attitude, reliable, well-groomed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
