User Experience Mandarin Speaker (WFH)

Job Summary

RM3,000 per month

We are looking for a User Experience Mandarin Speaker (WFH) to deliver professional support through live chat, email, and inbound communication channels. This role focuses on providing timely assistance, resolving user enquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience while working in a fully remote environment.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Confident in delivering professional written communication in English.
• Previous experience handling live chat, email, or online customer support is preferred.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Owns a personal computer/laptop and has a stable high-speed internet connection.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Respond to enquiries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions based on company guidelines.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining service quality.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
