Job Summary

Manage full set of accounts, payroll and financial records while ensuring timely, accurate and compliant reporting.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the Company's accounting and payroll functions while ensuring compliance with Malaysian financial and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment vouchers.
• Prepare payment schedules and online banking transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Process monthly payroll accurately using SQL Payroll Software.
• Prepare statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDC.
• Prepare SST-related documents where applicable.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and government authorities.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end closing.
• Assist with annual audit and tax filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:
