Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage online campaigns, social media, and website content. The ideal candidate is highly aware of the latest digital and fashion trends, has a genuine passion for fashion, and understands what appeals to today’s consumers. You will plan and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

- Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
• Plan content ideas and monthly content calendar aligned with campaign objectives
• Coordinate with creative team (videographer / designer / live host) for content execution
• Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate)
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
• Optimize website and product listings for SEO
• Work closely with sales team to drive traffic and increase conversion

- Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in digital marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads & analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
• Strategic thinking with good copywriting skills
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion in fashion industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with fashion trends and consumer buying behavior is a plus

Location: Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
