Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, EDM banners, event brochures, conference photo walls and backdrops, presentation decks, infographics, icons, and other digital and print visual assets.
• Develop branding materials and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Adapt existing creative assets for different formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise creative campaigns and event branding.
• Utilise AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support creative ideation and improve design workflows.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed timelines.

Key Qualifications & Key Proficiencies:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Canva (both mandatory).
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance creative and design workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, branding, and visual design principles.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with additional creative software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, CapCut, or other video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX design tools) would be an advantage.
Familiarity with the legal industry or professional associations would be an advantage.

Work Arrangement:

• Contract position.
• No nationality restrictions; however, candidates must be based in Singapore.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Monthly retainer based on 20 hours per week .
• Typically 3–4 working days per week , with the exact schedule to be mutually agreed upon.
