Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer / Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP-related activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse, Sales, and Transport teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and accurate documentation.

Job Authority

• Manage SAP D/O printing and Delivery Order issuance.
• Generate outbound delivery and stock transaction reports.
• Perform second-level checking for outbound shipments to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse administrative duties, including SAP-related transactions and documentation.
• Maintain and update inventory records, including SAP PGI (Post Goods Issue) and POD (Proof of Delivery) updates.
• Handle Delivery Order (D/O) printing, issuance, and sequence management.
• Coordinate with Sales Department and transporters to provide updates on D/O status and delivery progress.
• Verify customer-stamped received documents against physical copies and ensure proper filing.
• Monitor delivery status for Klang Valley (KV) and outstation (OS) deliveries.
• Prepare and update operational data, reports, and monthly summaries.
• Support warehouse loading activities by performing product verification and acting as a second checker for outbound deliveries.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics administration is preferred.
• Experience using SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
