• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with environmental laws, DOE guidelines, and EIA/EMP requirements.
• Implement and maintain the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and ensure mitigation measures prescribed in the EIA/EMP are carried out effectively, including maintaining good housekeeping practices on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, environmental audits, and environmental monitoring (e.g., air, water, noise) in accordance with DOE requirements.
• Advise site teams on waste management, pollution prevention, and resource conservation.
• Act as the liaison for environmental management with relevant authorities such as the Department of Environment (DOE) for inspections, permits, and reporting.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports, including SPEIA, ESWIS, and other required reports to the Environmental Manager and DOE.
• Organize and conduct training for workers on environmental awareness and compliance to enhance site-level understanding and adherence.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Environmental Officer : 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CESSWI or CISEC Certification (Required)
