Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Support: Assist in preparing shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Customs Clearance: Support the clearance process by liaising with customs officers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure import/export activities comply with local and international customs laws.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in ERP or customs systems.
• Communication: Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
• Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving discrepancies, delays, or issues in customs clearance.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customs, logistics, or trade administration preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms, and customs regulations; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; strong communication skills.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
