Purpose: Provide technical people-leadership for a growing engineering-adjacent function within OpAnalysts as the team expands beyond pure analyst roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pod of engineers (Data Platform, AI Architecture, Integration roles) — hiring, growth, performance
• Set technical direction in partnership with Special Projects Lead and senior ICs
• Own delivery accountability: unblock, prioritize, and sequence engineering work against P0–P3
• Run technical career development (competency matrix, feedback per internal 4A model)
• Bridge between engineering execution and OpAnalyst's operations/analytics priorities
• Ensure engineering output stays connected to business outcomes, not just technical elegance

Requirements

• 5+ years in software/data engineering, 2+ years people management
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical ICs at senior/staff level
• Experience balancing delivery pressure with team sustainability
• Strong stakeholder management — comfortable operating cross-functionally with non-technical leadership

Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
