• Process Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and incoming payments in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and issue invoices and bills to customers.
• Record, verify, and reconcile AR transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies with customers.
• Check and verify Event Orders (EO), Letter of Undertaking (LOU), and Local Orders (LO).
• Prepare AR reports, including monthly AR Aging and bank reconciliation.
• Perform daily cash counts and prepare bank deposits.
• Audit daily hotel revenue, payments, and transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Verify room cancellations, no-shows, rate discrepancies, complimentary rooms, and gift certificate postings.
• Ensure revenue records in the Property Management System (PMS) and Point-of-Sale (POS) system are accurate and balanced.
• Verify credit card slips, guest folios, city ledger, employee ledger, and banquet/event revenue records.
• Review cashier reports, paid-out vouchers, rebate vouchers, and conduct surprise cash counts.
• Ensure proper tax collection and timely tax reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing and annual audit activities.
• Perform random spot checks on outlet guest checks.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Assistant Finance Manager.
