HR & Payroll Executive

Location: Sepang, Selangor
Salary: RM3,200–RM3,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Klinik Utama is looking for an HR & Payroll Executive to independently manage HR administration and monthly payroll across our clinic branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle monthly payroll, including OT, public holiday pay, allowances, claims and deductions.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee records and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, official HR letters and disciplinary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.
• Assist management in handling employee-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience in payroll calculation is essential.
• Familiar with the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
