- Manage and optimize logistics operations for multi-client site.
- Combines administrative duties with the responsibility of ensuring the smooth functioning of the WMS, optimizing warehouse processes, providing user support, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Have to expertise in warehouse logistics, WMS administration, and a strong focus on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management:
- Lead the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate and support the physical movement, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure efficient flow of materials and products through receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.
- Manage inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational demands.
2. Compliance and Audit
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system logs and documentation for audit purposes.
3. Data Management and Reporting
- Manage accuracy and integrity of WMS data, including inventory levels, movement tracking, and order status.
- Generate regular operational and inventory reports, providing insights on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Support the development of customized reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
4. WMS Super User Support & Management
- Serve as the WMS Super User, providing expert support to end users and ensuring effective system utilization.
- Troubleshoot WMS issues, identify root causes, and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Train warehouse staff on WMS processes, functionalities, and updates.
- Act as the main point of contact for WMS-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- (MUST) 3PL or contract logistics industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with hands-on experience in WMS.
- Proven experience managing WMS platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Experience in training users and supporting system adoption
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
