Looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support purchasing and inventory activities. The role involves preparing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are delivered on time to support business operations.

This position is suitable for junior candidates, fresh graduates with procurement internship experience, or candidates with 1 - 2 years of purchasing or inventory experience who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with procurement/purchasing internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in: Purchasing / Procurement / Inventory Control Supply Chain Support Warehouse Inventory Administration
• Mandarin & English (to communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders)
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Inventory Management System (basic knowledge), Purchase Order (PO) processing, Stock monitoring, Inventory record maintenance
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. Possess own transport.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock based on safety stock requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify goods received against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Update stock movement records accurately.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory documentation.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Liaise closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure material availability.
• Perform other purchasing-related administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
