PERSOL Hiring! Full Time Inventory Lead in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

• Monitor and review daily inventory activities, reporting directly to the Inventory Manager.
• Conduct physical stock counts, empty audits, put-away audits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Perform daily inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Upload and manage ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) templates for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, overstock, and discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Support month-end, period-end, and annual stock reconciliation and audit activities.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of inventory while investigating stock variances and damaged goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards, while supporting ad-hoc operational tasks and shift work when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
