Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for outsourced employees accurately and on time.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions before payroll processing.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, commissions, and other payroll components.
• Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and payroll regulations.
• Generate payroll reports, payslips, and management reports.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees professionally.
• Liaise with clients regarding attendance records, payroll discrepancies, and invoice-related matters.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Process new joiners, resignations, salary adjustments, and final salary payments.
• Support audits and prepare payroll documentation when required.
• Work closely with the Recruitment, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Assist with other HR and administrative duties when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of payroll experience. Experience in outsourced manpower or recruitment agency payroll is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and payroll practices.
• Experience with payroll systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
