TGSB Hiring! Full Time Project Manager-ID in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• To know the project scope of work, to study all drawings, Bill of Quantities, and specification.
• Project planning- site organization, site requirement, and work schedule to ensure the project runs smoothly according to plan.
• To liaise with the client, the main contractor, SO, designers, architect, engineer, etc.
• Prepare weekly project reports.To conduct sub-contractor/site team meetings.
• To manage and monitor all site teams.
• To monitor sub-contractor progress off-site and on-site.
• Attend all site meetings.
• To ensure quality performance of projects within guidelines, specifications, and compliance with the authorization requirement.
• Responsible for monitoring project timeframe to complete on time.
• Update Fieldwire app on a daily basis as needed for the project progress tracker.
• Responsible and accountable for the project.
• Ad-hoc task as when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or related discipline.
• Min 10 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
• Proven experience in Interior Design projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent design and site supervision and construction management skills.
